feeling ♥

...I can't explain this feeling for you, but I guess I can try... It's like I've waited for this one thing my whole life, and it's suddenly right in front of me....
... I know you sometimes doubt how you feel for me, and sometimes I doubt how I feel for you, but then there are times, stupid times, like when we're posing for a picture, or we're sitting in the car, holding hands with each other or when we're walking together and we brush against each other, and I know without a question you're feeling the same way I am....
...And those moments, however few or far between, make everything we go through worth it... What can I say? Somewhere in these past few days, I've fallen inlove with you....
-from my friend. :)

RIHANNA - The Face of a Battered Woman

Law enforcement sources confirm to TMZ Chris Brown received a text message from a woman while he was driving with Rihanna and that's what started the confrontation that left Rihanna battered and bruised. We're told the text message was from a woman who wrote about hooking up with Brown later. We've also learned there is a reference in the police report to an argument over a rapper, but we've learned this is NOT what triggered the argument. The woman who text messaged Brown is not a rapper. The NY Daily News first reported the text message. As for Rihanna's injuries, we continue to learn more. Cops took multiple pictures at the scene. Chris Brown allegedly hit Rihanna so hard with his fists, she could barely open her eyes for the photos -- they were almost completely swollen shut. She had a fat lip, her mouth was swollen, her nose was badly bloodied, and she had contusions on her forehead and both sides of her face.

2 sides of LOVE ♥

His side:
-"tell her how you feel" is what my friends said...
-so i picked up the phone
-called your house

-you answered
-i said "i love you"
-and hung up right after
-the next day...
-i told you it was a bet from a friend
-it was partly true
-but you didnt answer..
-no sassy come back which you always do
-just stood there;
-then walked away...

My side:
-he called my house...

-i picked up
-he told me he loved me
-then hung up

-the next day
-i was going to tell you i loved you back...
-but you said it was a bet
-i had everything planned out..
-every move i planned
-every word
-but when you said that...
-i had nothing to say
-i stood and watched you
-as you broke my heart....

Never leave anything unsaid... always keep the other party informed on the true state of your mind and what you feel... If not, everything will always be just guessing and assuming...sometimes it just leads to total heartache... Be honest and true baby... ♥

farewell FRANCIS M.

Francis Magalona, considered the father of Pinoy Rap, passed away quietly last March 6,2009 (friday) at Medical City Hospital in Mandaluyong after waging a battle against leukemia for almost a year. He was 44.
The singer-TV host’s death was announced today on the GMA-7 noontime program, Eat Bulaga, where he had served as a co-host for many years.
For the past several months, Magalona had been undergoing chemotherapy while awaiting a scheduled bone marrow transplant. His condition worsened Thursday night, necessitating confinement at the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
Magalona was diagnosed with leukemia in August 2008. Not wanting to turn his sickness into a media circus, he appealed for privacy even as he also asked friends and the public to donate blood. The response, according to his family, was overwhelming.
His wife, Pia Arroyo-Magalona, said the disease manifested itself gradually, almost unnoticeably. Doctors raised the family’s hope, saying the rapper’s condition was treatable.
Magalona is arguably the country’s first rapper, who paved the way for the genre’s acceptance among Filipinos. He is also generally regarded as the inventor and pioneer of original Rap Music in the Philippines.
Breaking away from the mould of matinee idols in the late 80s, he composed and recorded songs, done in the key of rap, which tackled non-traditional issues. A full-time actor before shifting to singing, he appeared in a number of youth-oriented movies, among them Bagets 2.
He was also a staunch nationalist, who wrote songs like Mga Kababayan, Halalan, Tayo’y Mga Pinoy, which rallied Pinoys to love their country and respect one another.
Francis M. left behind a wealth of hit songs that have earned him the title, King of Rap. Among these trailblazing hits are Meron Akong Ano, Mga Praning, Cool Summer Nights, etc.
Francis Magalona was among nine children by former actors Pancho Magalona and Tita Duran. The multi-talented youth first gained notice as a breakdancer, then actor, until he launched the groundbreaking album, Yo!, in 1990. Yo! became the first commercially released rap album in the Philippines.
"I will protect my kids till the day I die"-Francis M.

paalam Francis M. you will always be remembered...
